1. Wake up and HUG yourself and those you love. Touching with the intention of love and understanding creates positive energy, Positve energy is often referred to as enhancing the healing process (Orloff, 2000).
2. Remember You are unique. Focus on the valuable contributions you make to the world. Acknowledge your strengths. Love yourself sick or well. Your body will love you back,
3. Have an attitude of gratitude. Appreciate everyone and their gifts. An attitude of Kindness and Love help us discover that happiness comes from within.
4. Smile often; it is a universal welcome mat that spreads feelings of joy inside and out.
4.5. Laugh out loud for at least 1-2 minutes daily. Your spirits will be uplifted. You gain emotional distance from your problems and gain a new perspective on life.
